What It Costs
Here’s what to expect when selling in The Bahamas
Commission
6% for developed property
10% for vacant land or businesses
Legal Fees
Typically around 2.5% of the sale price
Stamp Duty
10% for properties over $100,000, typically shared equally between buyer and seller (5% each).
VAT
10% on real estate commission and legal fees
