We absolutely loved this property and the property manager was amazing to work with. We had a group of ten stay in the house (all adults), and there was plenty of room for all of us. The online pictures almost don’t do justice as the views of the ocean are amazing. It’s also on a very private area of the beach so you almost feel as though you have the whole beach to yourself. Can’t wait to return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our days at Grotto Bay! It was perfect. clean and supplied with so many amenities! Close to the grocery and the sunsets were superb! Karen answered all our questions prior to arriving and Cheryl was so helpful throughout our stay. Her orientation to the house and the island made our trip fantastic. The main room was great for dining and games for our large group!

Absolutely fabulous! Best trip ever. We will be back.

Christmas on Long Island is our family favorite!

To say that Bajamar on Tar Bay was amazing, is an understatement. This home is situated right on the beautiful Tar Bay, just minutes from downtown Georgetown and the airport but far enough out to feel like you are in your own private space. We had 5 couples with us and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. If there was any downside it was the bedrooms that had to have the king beds converted from two twins. But other than that everyone was very comfortable. We used the kayaks they had available, cooked lobster on the nice gas grill, enjoyed using the pool at night after floating in the ocean all day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for meals and they even had several coolers to take out on excursions. The house manager, Vivian was amazing too. He even met Exuma Market at the house to bring in our provisions prior to arrival and purchased some beer for us to have when we arrived. We would definitely book this home again.

Bahari House is located on a small hill surrounded by tropical flowers, trees and plants, and offers – as soon as you enter the house – a breathtaking view of the turquoise blue sea with small, untouched islands and sandbanks. The house is lovingly, tastefully and very generously furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. Colors, textiles and furniture are a reflection of the island of Exuma. In addition to the beautiful guest rooms, the light-flooded living room and the adjoining magnificent kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired, the large terrace with comfortable seating furniture, a dining area, an infinity pool as well as a whirlpool invite you to enjoy the unique sunrises and sunsets. The ideal place to relax and read a good book or simply unwind. From there just a few steps to a small dock by the sea, where you can also swim or use a kayak on request. A paradise on earth, for wich we are infinitely grateful we were allowed to discover it.

Our Bahamas experience was truly exceptional, thanks to Bahari House, which offered breathtaking ocean views that completely captivated both my husband and me. Undoubtedly, it ranks among the most exquisitely designed locations on Great Exuma. However, what truly distinguished this experience was the overall atmosphere. The sincere hospitality and unwavering dedication to ensuring our comfort made it feel like we were in paradise on earth. Take a look at our pictures they convey more than words can express. I hope that one day we can revisit that magical place, replenish our energy, and once again revel in its beauty.

We had such a wonderful stay at Bahari House! The house, the location, the view, just great! I would love to give it more than 5 stars, but unfortunately that is not possible. Were there already two times, hope to be back soon!

Wenn es ein Paradies auf Erden geben sollte, dann kommen dem die EXUMA, und im speziellen das Haus “Bahari” sehr nahe. Wir haben unglaublich erholsame 10 Tage in diesem Paradies verbringen dürfen. Haus, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Außenanlagen in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Charmant eingerichtet haben wir nichts gefunden was uns in dieser Zeit abgegangen wäre. Vor der Haustüre der direkte Meerzugang und gleich gegenüber ein unberührter Strand der seinesgleichen in Schönheit sucht. Menschenleer und romantisch, gepaart mit den atemberaubensten Farbenspielen von Wasser und Strand. Die Anreise vom nahen Flughafen war problemlos, ebenso sich unter Tags andere “Aktivitäten” zu organisieren. Liebes Bahari Haus, – wir sehen uns sehr bald wieder.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bajamar! The home is beyond amazing and was perfect for our group of 10. The beach was wide enough for all of us to spend days by the water. The pool and pool area was great! There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out and not feel like we were on top of one another. All of the bedrooms and en suites were beautifully decorated and had comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen had everything a professional cook would need. The water filtration system and freestanding ice maker were big bonuses! We loved everything about this home and didn’t want to leave. The team at The Good Life Bahamas were top notch and great to work with. They made it a stress free vacation…so, Thank You! We all can’t wait to return and spend another vacay at Bajamar.

We had the best time during our week at The Surf House! The house is perfectly situated for a rental boat to sand bar hop your whole trip and then relax at the home. We can’t wait to come back.
